The service
UCC Feed sells sales leads built from public UCC filing records. Each lead includes the filing, research on the business, contact information we found in public sources, a score, and a short reason to call. Leads are delivered by email and in the client portal each business day.
What we promise
- Each lead is sold to one client and never resold. If we ever double-deliver a lead, both affected clients get a month free.
- Leads are delivered within one business day of the filing appearing in the public record.
- Defective leads (dead contact, wrong business, duplicate, on your exclusion list, stale) are replaced free if you flag them within 5 business days. They do not count against your quota.
- Daily shortfalls roll forward. If a month closes under 90% of your quota, we credit the difference automatically.
What we do not promise
Appointments, buying intent beyond the filing itself, nationwide coverage, or that any contact will answer. Scores are our judgment, not a guarantee.
Your responsibilities
Outreach compliance is yours. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that govern your outreach, including the TCPA, state telemarketing rules, Do Not Call registries, and CAN-SPAM. UCC Feed provides public-record information; we do not verify consent to be contacted.
Leads are for your internal sales use. Reselling, sharing, or publishing lead data is prohibited and ends the service without refund.
Billing
Month to month, billed by card through Stripe or by invoice. Cancel anytime; service runs to the end of the paid period. Trials are free for their stated length. Prices are public on the pricing page and change only with 30 days notice.
Accounts
Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or misuse of lead data.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or for how you use the leads.
